To make a call, simply follow these dialing instructions.:

Unfortunately, no – not at this time. PennyTalk Mobile apps are available to download in other countries such as the U.S., the U.K. and France. You’ll need to create a new in-country PennyTalk account with an in-country iTunes or Google Play account and an in-country billing method.
